Peter has a passion for helping young people from his own lived experience. Peter’s hobbies are boxing, the gym and anything outdoors. Peter is currently a serving member of the armed forces.
Jonathan has a passion for helping young people and the community development. Currently a serving member of Darlington council and previous leader. Jonathan enjoys walking and has a dog called Sadie.
Dave is a quiet kind caring hardworking individual, He comes from a military background he has done loads of volunteering work for various veteran organisations mostly teaching wood working skills to ex service personnel and younger children, He lives a quiet life style which rotates around work gym and walking.
He loves cooking boxing and watching movies. Dave is remarkably the most polite and respectful person you would ever come across. His role in N - gage learning is a support worker and also the boxing coach. Dave loves learning new skills to him every day is a learning day.
Mark Tonner who is currently Britains Strongest Disabled Man for the 5th year running.
Mark has been with N Gage since the beginning. And lives his life by the values we deliver to our young people.

Joy is big believer and advocate of N Gage. Joy enjoys cooking long walks and spending time with family.
Sandra has a passion for working with children and loves her job. Sandra enjoys cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
Since the pandemic schools have faced many pastoral challenges with a real need to be creative and innovative with ways to engage young people. Peter has worked tirelessly with our school and has made a real difference in helping us keep one young person in particular on the right road. Without Peter's provision his attendance and school sanctions / suspensions would have been much worse. Peter has gone above and beyond. He has come in to school to meet with staff and is always there to help parents as and when he is needed.
RCC works with N-Gage to help support a range of students. N-gage have a very student centred approached to all of their learners and work on an individual level to try and meet all students' needs. The staff are professional, hard working and dedicated to helping all of the young people they work with. The students enjoy the program and feel valued and part of a team.
